Our unique calendar service notifies attorneys and their staff of upcoming court dates. We began this service in 1985 and have now expanded our coverage to include 15 metropolitan Atlanta counties.
How does it work?
Free to attorneys who schedule depositions and hearing with us.
When a listed attorney appears on a court calendar which we cover, you are notified by email and U.S. mail. You can receive up to five emails each time we notify you of a court date, so all of your staff will be alerted to your court dates. We cover civil cases only, no criminal.
Choose which individual attorneys andfirm names you want listed on your account. (No limit). When an attorney’s name or firm name appears on a court calendar, we notify you by emails and U.S. Mail. If the calendar is published more than once (which is common in Fulton County), we notify you only once.
What Courts are Covered?
Our basic service covers court calendars published for cases in Fulton and DeKalb County State and Superior Courts.
Our extended service, to the extent that they are published online, covers court calendars for cases in the State Court of Cobb County, the Superior Courts of Bartow, Carroll, Floyd, Henry, Newton and Walton Counties. It also covers the State and Superior Courts of Athens-Clarke, Clayton, Coweta, Fayette, Forsyth and Gwinnett Counties.
What is the cost of the subscription?
During a month where we notify you of court dates, the charge is $24.95 for the first notice sent, and $8 for each additional notice during that month.
Charges are per account, not per individual on each account.
Free Notices for Court Reporting Customers
With each monthly billing, you also receive a complete list of the attorneys and firm names for whom we are searching on your account. You can easily update your account listing by notifying us.
